Retail Support Agent

We are searching for energetic self-starters to process orders from our retail outlets and provide support to our stores and end users. They will also provide product information and resolve any customer issues. Our phones are ringing all day, emails coming in night and day, and modern day service inquiries coming in from all types of social-media channels. We need help making sure everyone is in good hands and being answered in a timely fashion!

DESCRIPTION:

  • Process incoming orders through our customer service system, and initiate the order fulfillment process.
  • Answer product and service questions; suggest information about products and services.
  • Open new customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer payments.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
